Frequently Asked Questions 

How long does it take to ship my order?

• All shirts are made to order/print on demand. this means once order is placed, our supplier will order blank tees and print your shirts. we ask 5-10 business days to accommodate this process. once your order has been completed, we will ship out either through USPS, UPS, or FEDEX shipping, which usually takes anywhere from 3-5 business days.

• Due to the nature of our business (pre-orders/made to order), we only accept returns for manufacturer defects or mistakes such as incorrect sizing. carefully look over each item once you have received your item(s). If you think the item(s) you received may be defective please contact us within 5 days of receiving your item. please attach a picture in your email. we will issue an exchange (or refund if requested) for defective items or items that were sent incorrectly (wrong size, wrong color) within 5 days of delivery. your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. it must also be in the original packaging.

• We do not allow exchanges because all sales are final AFTER your order has made it to our shipping carrier. If you are able to email us before we start production on your order. There is a high chance of us allowing an exchange or size change on your order.
